Good morning,
It is a beautiful sunny morning here in Southern Ohio. I love to see the sunshine. I know we need the rain to make things grow and I love rain…..when I’m sleeping.😴 Just my preference. 😉 When the sun shines it makes me smile. It makes we want to do things. Today it’s sunny and I’m smiling and thinking of things to do. Fun things, crafty things, things to do for others and hopefully more blog posts.
I have started reading a new prayer journal called “This Means War.” I feel this journal is so fitting for the times we are living in. When the war rages in my mind, in my body and in the world I want to crawl up in the arms of Jesus and find a little respite for my soul. One way to do this is to read his word, pray more and think on Jesus. 🙏🙌🏼🙏🙌🏼
We have been teaching our Grand children about the “Full Armor Of God“ and have been making a piece of Armor with each lesson. We will soon complete the lessons and I will share pictures. They have had a wonderful time and Pap and I have enjoyed preparing and teaching them. ❤️
This week starts a new mission for Phil, Brittany and myself. There’s a community chapel here in Lake Waynoka where we live and God has moved so that we can start a children’s ministry. The first night will be this Thursday. We are so excited to bring a version of VBS weekly to the children in our community. What a blessing to live 3 miles from a chapel that you can drive your golf cart to and worship the Lord. We are praying many lives are changed through this ministry. Pray with us please!!! 🙏🙏🙏
In a world that seems to be falling apart I am so thankful I know one who has it ALL in the palm of his hand.
