Grandkids Make Life More Grand

Good morning,

It has been a busy yet blessed week at our house. We have worked, babysat and attended revival services in which a total of 7 people were saved. One man who got saved during this revival was around 60 years old.

Keep praying for the ones you want to see saved. God is still in the saving business. I feel his arrival is close let’s not get lax in our walk with Christ.

This week we found out after several ultrasound peeks that we will be having a new granddaughter in August. Our oldest daughter Brittany and her husband Brandon are expecting baby #3. They thought they were finished having children but…God had other plans. Baby Novaleigh Reign (Miss Nova) will be another wonderful blessing to our family.

Last Sunday we went with the children to get the grand babies pictures taken. It was a bit chaotic and funny at the same time. Getting pictures of a 5 year old, Two 2 year olds and a 3 month old is a challenge. One is running while the other is crying…you get the picture. We were so happy of how they turned out.

We put Angel wings in the pictures for our granddaughter Aria Charlotte Lawrence (Baby Charlie). Baby Charlie went to heaven in December 2016 and is awaiting our arrival. We will be putting angel wings in all of our family pictures from this session on. We never want to forget her and we talk of her to the children and visit her grave often so they won’t either.

Life is hard at times but wonderful too. So many people are struggling with problems. Family problems, health problems, financial problems and so many other problems. Take time this week to thank God for who you have, what you have and how far you have come. Tomorrow is never promised.

Love each day as if it’s your last because one day it will be.
