My “Deal Of The Year”

Good morning,

It is a wet foggy morning in our area today.   It has been a very busy week for me.  I started a new job and learning all the paperwork, new students and decorating my offices have been fun but time consuming.   I am now a school nurse which I love.   I will share some pictures of my  decorations soon.   It’s amazing what pinterest, an imagination, tape and card stock can do.

I haven’t done a lot of posts on my outfits lately.  Today I wanted to share with all of you my “deal of the year” that I found a few weeks ago.   It was my outfit I wore for my first day of school. You will be shocked!  Both items were found brand new for $1.00 each.  This picture was taken after work so my hair and make up aren’t very neat.  Also my surgery scar on my neck is very visible right now.  I am hoping I will be able to start using creams on it soon to try to make it fade.  It’s part of me now so I’m not inferior of it but you would be amazed how many people look at the scar with big eyes when I talk to them.  Lol  😳

The black & white polka dot pants are so comfy.   The white scrub top is versatel so I am sure I will wear it a lot.  I placed a black tank top under the white scrub to bring all the colors together.   I wanted a higher necked tank top so (hint) I wore it backwards. 😜

I feel a lot better about putting pictures of myself on these posts since I have lost some weight.  I still have more to lose but I have made a lot of changes in our families eating since March and have become more active.   If you are interested in hearing about how I did it leave some comments and maybe I will do a post in the future about it.   I don’t want to be pushy on these things it is a personal choice for each of us.   Although I know from experience it can be done!
