Good Evening,
I hope you have had a wonderful week thus far. I have had a very blessed week. I went tuesday for a microscopic root canal on a tooth that has given me multiple infections and pain. Thanks to the prayers of my grandbabies, family and friends it was one of the easiest procedures I have ever had done. A procedure that was suppose to take approximately 1 hr and 30 min was done in around 45 minutes. God is good like that. We have not because we ask not. It took me years but I am oh so glad I cling to that verse now.
I got another area in my home decorated and I absolutely love how it turned out. I told you all a while back that I would show you some of my Christmas gifts in the future so here is some.
The “Blessed” cross was given to me by my daughter and son-in- law. The sign that says “Grandkids make life grand” was given to me by my son and daughter-in-law. They both know my decorating style. I grabbed some old items and new ones to finish this wall in my music room.
Of course it has a picture of my grandbabies. The angel looking down on them was placed on the shelf above the picture to represent our grandbaby whom lives in heaven, “Aria Charlotte” but we call her “Baby Charlie.” I am sure she looks down on us and at times I can almost feel her love from above.
The bench below it was a Christmas gift to me from my wonderful husband. (he knows my style too.) I added a few pillows to bring color to the bench and bring the color of the couch and bench together.
I am slowly getting my decorating done. Sometimes it just takes me a while to decide how I want it to look.
This upcoming week is a special week in which we need to focus on the death and resurrection of our Savior. I am thankful he gave his life for a sinner like me.
