Memory Lane

I took a ride down memory lane on this beautiful day to enjoy the Blessings of the Father with my best friend.

Phil and I went on a little journey back in time to explore a small area of Indiana.

Of course you know Phil and I both love old things: antiques and cars. Mix in good food and we couldn’t pass it up.

A short drive from Cincinnati in Lawrenceburg, Indiana is a new diner called “4 Speed on 50’s Diner.” The place was decorated so cute and the waitresses wore the poodle skirt 50’s attire.

I ordered the “Hoosier Tenderloin” and Phil ordered “Peggy Sue’s Patty Melt”. The tenderloin was by far the best I had ever eaten.

We then took a tour behind the diner of a car museum with Old cars and decor. We loved it.

Look at all those cars 😳
Upstairs sitting area
The sodas that came out of these machines were the best
Phil is in heaven here.
They had an upstairs seating area with games
These air pumps where free when we were young
I love those Barber Shop pole lights
I remember these machines in the laundry mats I think they cost $.50

If you have a day to enjoy this I encourage you to go. The food was amazing and the museum was very reasonable.

Our date days are so fun especially when you are still in Love with the one you go on the date with.

I am…

Blessed Beyond Measures,

Cindy
