I am sure a lot of you are as busy as we are this Christmas season. The activities leading up to Christmas Day are some of my favorites. This past week we have enjoyed some of those special things.
We were blessed to be part of “A Blue Creek Christmas.” Churches in the Blue Creek, Ohio area served dinner, had crafts, a room decorated like the log room at Rudd’s Christmas Farm and gave Mom, us girls and families the privilege of singing some Christmas carols, serve hot chocolate and candy canes as we did so many years ago. The feelings we felt and the stories we heard brought tears to my eyes. It was definitely a highlight to my Christmas. 🎄🙌
This morning we had our church Christmas play and was in awe at how well everyone did. We had 32 kids who played carols in a bell choir and participated in the nativity scenes. I have added some pictures below. This was live-streamed on our Lake Waynoka Youth Ministries Facebook page.
As you can see I am Truly Blessed to have such a wonderful family and church family to join for these festivities.
