Seasonal Blessings

☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Good Morning,

I could sure feel the fall chill in the air this morning.  It made me smile.  Fall is one of my favorite season.  Here in the Ohio valley we get to experience all 4 of the seasons.  I like to enjoy things about each one.

In spring I love to watch the budding of the trees, flowers and the grass green up.  In the summer I enjoy the long days of sunlight and the time spent with family at the pool or by the lake.  In the fall I love it all…the colors, the smells, campfires, the fair and the expectation of Christmas.  It is born and bread in me.  Christmas is special at our house. Hang around a bit and you will see.  Oh, and in the winter I love snow days, hot cocoa and did I already say Christmas!

The Lord has designed a season for everything.  Even in our spiritual walk we have seasons.  As his word says…

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
Galatians 6:9 KJV
No matter what season you are in right now don’t grow weary.   Don’t let go of Christ.  He will always make a way for you.  He loves you.   He will take you thru the budding, the growth, the storms that make things grow and the times of rest which allow you to recharge for another mile up the road.

One of these days (and it may be soon) the trials of this life will cease and the place we have been longing for will come into view and it’s then that we can sit down and rest a little while.  But until then…run, walk, trudge thru your season and pick up someone along the way.

Thanks so much for taking time out of your day to spend some time with me.

Blessed Beyond Measures,

Cindy
