Good morning,
We have had a lot of rain in Southern Ohio the last few weeks. I know rain helps everything grow but this girl loves sun. Sunshine makes me feel happy.
This has been an exciting Easter for me. We have been teaching the grandkids and children at our church about the final week of Jesus before his resurrection.
Mom and I wanted to make the “Resurrection Eggs” for each family at church. So we drafted the help of Brittany and Phil and got to work. It was a blessing to be able to hand out 26 dozen of these for each family. If you have never done the Resurrection Eggs before I encourage you to look them up and make a set for your family. We did these eggs when our children were young. It brings such meaning to the Easter Season.
We (Phil, mom and I) have also been working on a Jesus walk at our church. (A friend of mine did this at the church we use to attend and it was such a blessing). Of course you know that ideas cause more work for Phil. He is such a great help in all of it. We have been doing some major crafting, sewing and building. So thankful for Pinterest and a basement that we use for big projects like this.
Sharing the story of Jesus in singing, witnessing or simple crafting is such a rewarding blessing to me.
