Finding Joy In God’s Stillness

Good afternoon. My hope is that all of you are washing them hands and staying healthy. As all of you know our world is going thru a crisis that none of us have ever faced before. A crisis that I know didn’t take our God but surprise. He knew we would be going thru this long before we did.

Thru these times I am so thankful for our Facebook and Internet. Our family along with many others have tried to put encouraging songs on our Facebook to uplift people during these times of uncertainty. We were able to listen to our preacher along with other preachers spread the word of Jesus and bring us comfort during our times of need. I heard a preacher this morning speaking on Psalms 46:10.

This is a familiar scripture that allows us to reflect on God’s blessings he has given us. Our families, creation and HIS GRACE.🙌🏼

Phil and I did some outside work around the house this morning and decided to go fishing. We found some worms and we headed to the lake.

The birds were singing and the sun was shining.

The only thing we can do during these times is enjoy what God has given us and give him praise for it. 🙌🏼

These quite times give us time to “Be Still and listen to God.” He will take care of us if we trust in him.
