A Time For All Things

Good morning,

It’s finally here!  The first of November.  The time of year when we that love Christmas can official talk about it and not get so many crazy looks.  The radio has started playing Christmas music 24/7 and I can start decorating.

Not this very minute because Phil and I are headed south to take Elijah back to his Army station.  We left at 3:30 am.  The sun is shining now, the scenery is absolutely breathtaking and a cool crisp feeling is in the air.  We are currently within an hour of Georgia and the temperature is 41 degrees. 😬

The week sure went fast but we had a wonderful week with Eli home.  We enjoyed having him in church with us Sunday, made him some of his favorite foods, took him shopping and enjoyed having his boots in the house.

The grand babies loved every minute of him being here as well as his girlfriend, “Claire.”

Our anniversary was on September 3rd and our children had us a surprise 30th Wedding Anniversary Party On Sunday.   It was so awesome and humbling to see a lot of friends we have made along the way.   We are so blessed!!!

Ecclesiastes 3:4 says there is a time for all things…

A time to weep and  a time to laugh;  A time to mourn and a time to dance.

We have had these times this week.  Life gives us good times and sad times.   Today we are a sad for the week to end but Through it all I can say…it’s been good!!!

Stay close to him thru your good times, your hard times and your changes…for life will bring them.

I am…

Blessed Beyond Measures,

Cindy
