Spring Travels

Good Evening,

🌷It has been an ABSOLUTLEY beautiful day in our area of the World.  The sun is shining on the outside and in my heart as well.  That along with a few days off with my wonderful husband makes things shine brighter.

🌷We are headed south for the weekend to enjoy the “Smoky Mountains.”  The “Grand Run” is taking place in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and Phil loves to walk and look at the old cars.  I enjoy the scenery and walking hand in hand with him.  We are also looking forward to a fun day at Dollywood on Saturday with Elijah and His girlfriend Claire.   If you have never been to Dollywood it is a wonderful family atmosphered amusement park with a country flaire.  This fits me to a “T”

🌷We have a family tradition to always stop at “Cracker Barrell” in Lexington, Ky for supper.  This gets the trip off to a perfect start.   The food is good and the store is awesome.  I love to look at all their products.  They have everything from clothes to home decor to old fashioned candy.    Never the same thing.  They always add new products to the holiday at hand.

🌷Our bellies are full and we are well on our way.  I can see a cup of coffee in my near future.

🌷The trees are starting to blossom and we can see green on the tips of the trees with a view of the mountains in the distance.  We should be there in a few hours.

🌷Keep an eye out I will post some more pictures of the scenery and our time spent together this weekend.
