Good Evening,
What a wonderful week it has been. As usual at our house it stays a bit busy. We got to enjoy our grandbabies several evenings this week and spoil them some.
Friday evening 2 of my sisters joined me in taking our sweet Momma to Morehead to “Winterfest Camp meeting” for her Birthday. It may sound strange to some but my mom loves The Lord with all her heart and this is what she loves. I loved it myself. We had supper, a wonderful service and to top it all off…A blizzard from DQ.
Today Mom, my friend Susan and I went to a wonderful woman’s ministry conference and I enjoyed it sooo much. I love spending time with others who are so focused on Christ. I plan to attend more. This is my cup of tea 🙂
This evening our children and Grandbabies are coming over for game night so I wanted to throw a quick dessert in the oven. This is an easy recipe and tastes great.
Peach Cobbler
1 large can peaches (in heavy syrup)
1 c. Milk
1 c. Flour
1 c. Sugar
2 T. Butter
Spray a 9×9 pan with nonstick spray. Pour the peaches in the pan.
Mix together 1c. Milk, 1c. Sugar, 1c. Flour. Pour on top of peaches and stir.
Top with butter. Place in 350° oven for 45 min to 1 hour or intil slightly brown.
Serve warm
Top with…
Vanilla Ice cream or Cool Whip
