Good Evening,
I hope you have had a wonderful weekend. The weather was gorgeous where we live. Of course our weekend was busybut enjoyable. It’s Monday and time to get back to work. It’s always so hard to get up and going on Mondays.
Sweetest Day was this weekend. When I got home from work on Friday I was greeted by my handsome husband, flowers and a gift card for a date to the “Cheesecake Factory” one of my favorite restaurants. I am looking forward to it. We still love our dates. They make a marriage strong. If you don’t do this I highly recommend it.

On Saturday we had a community day at our home church with a wonderful meal, music and games. We then went with all of our children and grandchildren trick or treating at the Lake. They all came to the house for pizza and games afterwards.
On Sunday we went to church then enjoyed spending time with our grandbabies. We got to take all 3 to evening worship with service. A good friend of ours sang and did an awesome job. Her voice is amazing.
It’s Autumn. It’s that time of year when God’s colorful nature has emerged. It is absolutely breathtaking to drive down the road and see all the colors. Some of my favorite colors are fall colors. The yellows, browns, burnt oranges and burgandies are lovely.
This can be a sad time if you think that they are dying but also a beautiful thing when you think that they will bloom again.
In our spiritual walk with Christ sometimes it seems like things are happening right before our eyes. Things that cause us to die a little inside at times. Things that bring us to our knees. It’s in these times that we rest a little and recooperate. Its in these times that we grow in faith, we grow in character and we grow in Christ.
Spring is coming. We will bloom again.
Keep looking to him.
I am…
Blessed Beyond Measures,
Cindy
