Good morning,
We made it to the weekend. As I have said before I can’t believe how this year is flying by. Today is already July 1st.
I usually work 45 to 50 hours a week but in the summer get to cut those hours back quite a bit and… “I Love it.” As you know I enjoy keeping my house cleaned and working in my yard to keep my mulched areas neat. I ecspecially love spending time with the wonderful family God has given me.
Eli and I have had several mornings together when our work schedules have allowed it. The other morning I made us a quick breakfast that I thought I would share today.
I prepared pancake mix as if to make pancakes and placed in my waffle maker. (If you don’t have a waffle maker, pancakes work) I then cut up some fresh strawberries and topped with cool whip. I drizzled chocolate syrup over it. It tasted great!!! Not to sweet but awesome with a cup of coffee.
